Lunchbreak has been developed to make signing your senior students out at lunch as easy as possible. The student iOS companion app enables students to automatically be signed in/out when they enter and leave your school grounds. The admin interface allows you to easily see at a glance who is in and out, as well as generate PDFs in case of an evacuation. Lunchbreak is currently being used at Mount Aspiring College in Wānaka, to allow their year 13 students to leave at lunch.
Lunchbreak's simple to use admin interface gives your admin, office, and teacher staff a quick
overview of students that are currently on site and off site. Quickly add a new student by entering
their information or import it from you SMS. In an evacuation give your staff quick access to who is
off site with a PDF export sorted by house and tutor codes. Quickly see history of events up to 7 days
ago with the audit log.

For Students
The iOS app makes students signing in and out a breeze. All the student has to do is leave the school
grounds during your specified time, and they will be signed out. No need to go to the school office and
manually sign out. When they get back to school, they will automatically be signed back in. Students
receive a notification once they have been automatically signed in/out to confirm this. In case
the app doesn't sign them in/out there is a button students can use to manually sign in/out.

Students not using the app also have a simple experience to sign in/out. Simply go to the Lunchbreak
sign in page and sign in with your account, the student will then be presented with the option to sign
in or out, depending on their current status.
